Beginning the first steps

To make a booking with Anna the first step is send me your contact details to check availability. Please make sure you include your wedding date, the location on the day and the amount of hair required or the package you would like to book.

Once I have received your enquiry and checked availability, I will send the booking form to be completed and returned by email. At this point I will then return a full quote to you. 

If you are then happy and ready to secure your wedding date a deposit will be required to ensure the date is yours. I only take one wedding booking per day, so it is important to reserve your day with a 20% deposit.

Deposits will only be refunded if it is due to fault of Anna (Illness or personal circumstances). If the wedding is cancelled or changed by the bride the deposit is non refundable. However, your deposit can be transferred to your new date if the date is available. The deposit can not be transferred to any other hair services. 

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE TRIAL?

I like to start by sitting down to discuss your likes and dislikes. This helps me build an idea in my head of what you are wanting your special day to be like. So any pictures you have of your dress, hair accessories, veils or hair styles you like then this is a great time to share them with me. 

I like to create something bespoke for each bride as everyone is different.

Some people like to have trials for their bridesmaids, personally I recommend it as they are a big part of your day and you want them to look perfect too. This needs to take place on the same day as your trial (the bride).  

At the end of the trial I will take pictures of the looks for my records.

If you’re not sure about anything then this is the time to let me know, as that’s what the trial is all about! Then we can work together to make it perfect.

I will arrive to the venue or you will arrive at the salon at the agreed time on the morning. 

If I am in the salon I will have everything set up ready or If I am coming to your venue I will then need to get  set up, but I will arrive in plenty of time to do this.  

Dependent on the brides style I will to start by setting/prepping the brides hair first. This then leaves the bride free to relax during the morning and have breakfast and be available whilst flowers arrive etc. I then will work though the bridal parties hair one by one.  At this point the bride can take her last moment to relax, maybe have a glass of champagne and take everything in, before beginning to put on her dress. I will attach the veil ( if required) to the bride to make sure she is completely happy and then my job is done! I will say goodbye and pack away my kit and leave you to have an amazing day!
